This is very dear to our heart as we named our magazine after it… “Our House” Mad about property, if you haven’t received a copy just email us with your address and we’ll post one out to you.
We recently came across the Madness lead singers old house, which has come on the market for £1.95m.
Suggs, the Baggy Trousers singer bought the original one-bedroom mews house back in 1981, following the band’s success. He decided to sell the property over 32 years ago due to his growing family, but the house still holds endless memories, including being his home at the time of the release of the hit song ‘Our House’.
At the time the property was originally three separate Mews’, but now the highly specified 2,767 sq ft home is in outstanding condition and arranged over two floors.
The property is situated on Camden Mews, a cobbled street just moments from Camden Square, comprising a fully fitted kitchen, large double reception room, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. With both a garage and a roof terrace.
